What an exceptional, touching, moving, unforgettable book. Robert is blessed to be able to share such an amazing gift. The gift of words and advise that most people have forgotten what life is all about. We take things for granted and over work, when we all need to take the time to find peace, tranquility and love.

Moments will be with us forever so lets cherish them and make new memories for ourselves and all those we surround.

Solitude is needed in order for us to reboot and find peace and love with our own self.

Simplicity has been mostly forgotten by many and we need to live life to the fullest and make it easier to manage stress and what life brings to us.

Serenity reminds me of a nice bubble bath with lavender, which brings you peace, calmness and happiness.

Beauty is everywhere and we all should take the time to see the beauty that surrounds us.

Time unfortunately doesn’t slow down and neither are the people who are controlled by it. When I travel to NYC all I want to do is enjoy the amazing views and see life pass you by, but all you get is people bumping into you and running to there destination. Let’s all live life without worrying that times is of the essence.
